01.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and bet9ja (the "Platform", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating under the domain bet9ja.casa.

By accessing the bet9ja website, creating a player account, making any deposit, placing any bet, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bet9ja platform and, if you have an existing account, request its closure by contacting our support team.

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. bet9ja strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
2. Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prevents you from engaging in online gambling activities.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using online betting services is not prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction. bet9ja does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) active bet9ja account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, email address, device, IP address, or household — constitutes a violation of these Terms.
5. Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): You confirm that you are not a Politically Exposed Person, nor an immediate family member of a PEP, unless explicit written approval has been obtained from bet9ja's compliance team.

04.Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (MYR is the default currency for Malaysian players). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided during registration.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bet9ja reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Valid Malaysian national identity card (MyKad) or Passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• A clear selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document;
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., e-wallet screenshot, bank statement).

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be restricted from making withdrawals. KYC review typically completes within 24–48 hours of full document submission. bet9ja reserves the right to extend this period during periods of high volume.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. bet9ja will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4.4 Accurate Information Obligation

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. bet9ja reserves the right to close accounts where information is found to be materially inaccurate, outdated, or fraudulent.

05.Deposits & Payment Methods

bet9ja supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified:

• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and all major FPX-participating banks. Processing time: 5–15 minutes.
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow (Bank Negara Malaysia's real-time payment rail). Processing time: Instant.
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay. Processing time: Instant.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT – TRC-20 and ERC-20), Litecoin (LTC). Processing time: subject to blockchain confirmation times.

5.1 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Depositing funds originating from illegal or criminal activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5.2 Deposit Fees

bet9ja does not charge fees on standard MYR deposits. For cryptocurrency deposits, network transaction fees are borne by the depositing player and are not reimbursable by bet9ja. Some e-wallet providers may apply their own service charges independent of bet9ja.

06.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the account withdrawal portal, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Funds generated under a bonus offer may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit or methods registered in your verified name.
• Your account must be in good standing, with no active fraud investigation or dispute.

6.2 Processing Times

• E-Wallets (TNG, Boost, GrabPay): Typically 5–30 minutes after approval.
• FPX / DuitNow Bank Transfer: Typically within 1 business hour after approval.
• Cryptocurrency: Processed on-chain; subject to network congestion — typically 30–60 minutes.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account verification tier and VIP status. Players at Diamond and Royal Black Diamond VIP tiers are eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits subject to individual account terms.

07.Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the bet9ja platform across all sports markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and all other available markets:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and binding when bet9ja's system has issued a unique bet reference number and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's balance. Bets not confirmed by this process shall be deemed void regardless of subsequent event outcomes.

7.2 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to continuous change. During system updates or communications delays, bet9ja reserves the right to suspend live betting markets temporarily. Any bets placed during a suspended market period will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account.

7.3 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement, incorrect odds publication due to system error, force majeure events, or match abandonment. Voided bet stakes are returned in full to the Player's account balance.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply and vary by sport and market. Winnings exceeding the published maximum payout cap will be settled at the cap value. Current maximum payout limits are available on the respective betting market pages.

7.5 Suspicious Betting Activity

bet9ja reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, arbitrage betting at scale, exploitation of odds errors, or any other form of fraudulent wagering activity. Affected accounts will be investigated and may be suspended pending review.

08.Bonuses & Promotions

bet9ja offers various promotions and bonus schemes to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have not self-excluded and are in good account standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is published on each individual promotion page.
• bet9ja reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any promotional terms already accepted by a Player.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using automated software, or coordinated group abuse strategies — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonuses are never applied to a Player's account without their explicit opt-in. No promotional credit will be activated without your consent.

09.Casino & Live Dealer Rules

All casino and live dealer games available on bet9ja are provided by independently certified third-party game studios. Each game operates under its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

9.1 Game Integrity

11.Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or on behalf of any person under 21;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit promotions;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in the platform;
• Match-fixing or knowingly placing bets on events where the outcome has been manipulated;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to obtain unfair advantages;
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting designed to exploit odds differentials across platforms;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload bet9ja's servers or systems;
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your account or any account credits to another party.

12.Intellectual Property

All content on the bet9ja platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bet9ja or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from bet9ja.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet9ja shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or revenue;
• Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain credential security;
• Inaccurate or delayed odds information resulting from third-party data feed errors.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, bet9ja's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.

14.Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting bet9ja's support team. Upon verified closure request, any remaining Real Funds balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations and pending bet settlements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by bet9ja

bet9ja reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to pass KYC verification, or behaviour deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

14.3 Fund Return Upon Termination

Where an account is terminated by bet9ja for reasons other than fraud, confirmed misuse, or criminal conduct, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal activity, bet9ja reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation and, where applicable, hand them over to law enforcement authorities.

15.Amendments to These Terms

bet9ja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the bet9ja platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

16.Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet9ja is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Players in Malaysia acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to ensure their use of the platform complies with all applicable Malaysian laws. bet9ja makes no representations regarding the legal status of online betting activities under Malaysian law.
